Magical Teamworks (MT) training series facilitate our working partners to understand the behaviors, personalities and core values of individuals in a team and empower them to achieve in the dynamic environment. The whole series consist of 3 major components, namely, Assessment, Adjustment and Advancement through consolidated assessment, adjustment workshops and one-to-one advancement sessions.
